wedding menu for October 22

Really excited about this catering event as the couple are 2 incredibly friendly, dynamic and talented individuals! We are expecting a very fun time simply because of the personalities of Jinju and Nova. Hoping for good weather so we can hold this outdoors but with good backup plans to take it inside as we will offer 130 people a very deilightful fall spread.

passed appetizers
zucchini cups with hiiki and almond miso dressing
spring rolls with fresh herbs, fried tofu, rice noodles and sesame sauce

buffet table:
-seaweed salad
-kim chee
-lotus root pickles
-brown rice, jade rice, black forbidden rice
-panang curry with tempeh, tofu, lotus, eggplant, long beans, herbs  (Homemade curry paste)
-fresh noodles with peanut sauce, flat tofu, sprouts, pickled cucumbers, pickled carrots
