Another purple inspired menu

beet nut pate with homemade pita bread
apple smoked tofu with blackberry marinade

chilled beet with dill pesto and cashew cream

purple potatoes, okinawan sweet potatoes, purple string beans with fennel and blueberry mustard dressing

entree
purple cabbage leaves stuffed with Rancho Gordo Farms Goat’s eye beans, forbidden rice with tahini sauce and mushroom sauce.

roasted purple kale with garlic and green olives

blueberry cake
blueberry sorbet
