We are thrilled to present the second appearance on the series by the great trombone player and pedagogue, Stuart Dempter. The retired music professor from U. Washington has been one of the prime innovators on trombone for more than half a century and has worked with some of the leading composers and improvisors of our time. His warm personality and incredible sense of humour fits perfectly into the intimacy of these dinner/concerts.

By request of the performer this will be a gluten free dinner.

Soup.
Gazpacho. Iced cold soup made from roasted heirloom tomatoes with raw cucumber and chilis

Second course
Socca
Chickpea crepes with smoked eggplant spread, grilled corn and peppers, schug, olive tapenade

Entree
Eggplant Napoleon with heirloom tomatoes, zucchini, roasted corn, basil pesto, Rancho Gordo heirloom bean ragout.

Dessert
Blueberry Buckle
Corn Sorbet
