Another hands on class celebrating the wonderful diverstiy of
international vegan culinary traditions. This evening we will be
creating several dishes from Japan.
The menu we will prepare will be:
yama-imo pickled with umeboshi
cucumber pickled with peach blossom salt
daikon pickled with shoyu and yuzu
miso soup with maitake mushrooms
tofu-hijiki burgers
