appetizer finger foods
-knishes (pumpkin dough filled with roasted/mashed potato, celery root, parsnip and leek)
-socca (chickpea flat bread) with julienned vegetables and herbs
soup
buckwheat, sauerkraut soup with red beans and purple cabbage
entree
pumpkins stuffed with wild rice pilaf, heirloom beans and greens
cranberry sauce
brussel sprouts roasted with capers and hickory smoked tofu
dessert
pecan pie
vanilla ice “cream” (i make ice cream out of cashews)
