These classes are always hands on. You will be actively making all the
dishes with the other students in a very friendly, fun atmosphere!
We will make a few soups including
vegetable stock
seaweed/mushroom stock
(Japanese) basic miso soup
(sichuan) tofu/watercress soup
(Spanish) garbanzo soup with kale and saffron
(Mexico) Pozole
