Rice Noodles and greens in tamarind broth

Tempeh and choy Sum with orange sauce.

Indian cooking class, March 2, 2014

Hands on cooking class exploring some of the wonderful flavors from India, one of the worlds amazing vegetarian cuisines.

We will be preparing:
simple dal soup
a very unique and flavorful mustard greens dish
potatoes with fenugreek leaves
vegetable pakoras (chickpea flour batter, thus gluten free)
asparagus with cumin seeds

Tofu making class February 23, 2014

We will be learning how to make homemade tofu in this class and numerous dishes with tofu.
