Ramen making class, February 28, 2016

Let's make ramen! Yes, noodles, stock and toppings!

We will learn to make homemade ramen noodles, some delightful mushroom/seaweed based broth and some very interesting toppings made from tofu, mushrooms, green vegetables and root vegetables.

  2. Lovely lunch today. Ordered the kathi roll, chili chicken, kadai paneer, sandwich and was pleased by the quality of the food, as well as the nicely toasted roll and well cooked. The side of fresh fruit was also generous and perfectly ripe. this was nice experience in my life.
