Hands on class! We will be creating and sharing the following dishes:

cranberry yuzu sauce
wild rice pilaf
roasted/pureed root vegetables with wild mushroom gravy
pumpkin multi grain rollls
pumpkins stuffed with heirloom beans and vegetables

  1. Loved reading the details from thanksgiving event. In this year I had planned a rustic themed thanksgiving bash at the garden Venues in San Francisco. My friends helped me thoroughly with the DIY decorations and arrangements. Everyone had gorgeous time in this bash.
