bagel and cream cheese class April 18, 2015

Hands on class kneading, rolling, shaping, boiling, and baking delicious bagels. Some simple, delightful and very basic cashew cheese making will also be included in this class.

Bagel baking is a very old and wonderful process where a dough is made from flour, salt, yeast, malt and water. After rising, it is shaped, risen again, boiled, and then baked. We will go through each step and create a few dozen bagels.
We will also create a very basic cashew cheese.
